How Platinum Ratings & Reviews Work
Platinum Ratings & Reviews answer one question: how fun was that platinum to earn? PlatHub users can rate the platinums they have earned, write reviews for the hunters coming after them, and vote on each other's reviews.

Ratings
Rate any platinum you have earned from 1 to 10 for how fun it was to earn, from your Platinum List. Rating takes a free PlatHub account. Each platinum's score is the average of every rating it has had, and it updates as soon as a rating is saved.
Reviews
A review is what you have to say about a platinum you have rated: what the hunt was like, tips for earning it, links to guides. It is signed with your PSN ID and shown with your rating on the platinum's page.
Votes
Users like or dislike each other's reviews. A review's score is its likes minus its dislikes, so it can go below zero.
The list
The Ratings & Reviews list shows every rated platinum with its average and how many ratings and reviews it has. Sort it by highest rated, latest activity or most feedback, narrow it to one platform, or search by name. Your sort and platform are remembered.
Questions
Can I rate a platinum I haven't earned?
No. Only platinums on your own account can be rated or reviewed, so every score comes from somebody who actually did the hunt.
Can I review a platinum without rating it?
No, a review always comes with a rating. Rate the platinum first, or give the rating and the review together.
Can I change or remove my rating?
Change it whenever you like, from your Platinum List or on your own entry on the platinum's page. To remove a rating that has a review, delete the review first.
Can I edit a review?
No. A review cannot be edited once it is published, only deleted. Delete it and write a new one if you want to change it.
How long can a review be?
Up to 2,000 characters, 4,000 for a Patreon backer at Savior, or 8,000 at Legend.
Who can see my ratings and reviews?
Signed-in users. They see your ratings on your Platinum List, your latest ratings and reviews on your PlatHub profile if you show that card, and your reviews on each platinum's page.
Can I keep my ratings and reviews to myself?
Yes. Turn on "Hide my ratings and reviews" on your account page and nobody but you sees them. Your ratings still count toward each platinum's average, without your name on them.
Can people see how I voted?
No, who voted is never shown, only each review's score. You can't vote on your own reviews.
In what order are reviews shown?
On a platinum's page, reviews come first, newest at the top, followed by the ratings without a review.
What happens to my ratings if I delete my account?
Your ratings, reviews and votes are deleted with it, and they drop out of every average within the hour.
What is not allowed?
Keep reviews about the game and its platinum. Rating or voting from several accounts, or working to push a score up or down, is not allowed, and PlatHub may remove reviews, ratings or accounts that do. The full rules, and how to report a review, are in the terms.
