Welcome to PlatHub. By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Use of Service

PlatHub is a free set of tools for visualizing PlayStation platinum trophies, including mosaics, platinum ratings and reviews, statistics, yearly recaps and challenge trackers. You may use it for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Data and Privacy

Trophy data is fetched from public PSN sources. A copy is kept on the server so the site stays fast, and any PSN ID looked up here is listed on the public leaderboard along with a summary of its public trophy counts. Its owner can remove both by deleting their PlatHub account. Without an account, mosaic and Plat Card settings last until you close the tab; with one, they are saved to it. What is processed, what is stored on the server and on your device, and which third parties are involved is set out in full in the privacy policy.

Accounts

A PlatHub account is optional. Each PSN ID can have one account, and only the PSN ID's owner can create it, by proving ownership through the PSN About me. Keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Accounts used to abuse the site, or to get around its limits, may be removed. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

Rules for What You Write

These rules cover everything you write on PlatHub: reviews, your PlatHub Bio, and the names you give your own profile cards. They cover a backer's own avatar too. Your bio and card names appear on your profile, and your avatar everywhere your PSN ID does, where anyone who can open them sees them. Whatever you write or upload must not:

  • break the law of any country it can be read in, or link to anything that does;
  • harass, threaten, bully or insult anyone, or attack people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or age;
  • encourage violence, self-harm, terrorism or crime, or praise those who commit them;
  • contain sexual content, or anything sexual involving minors;
  • share anyone's personal information, such as a real name, address, phone number or account details, or pretend to be someone else, PlatHub staff included;
  • sell or promote illegal goods, drugs, weapons, gambling, pirated games, cheats, account selling or paid trophy boosting;
  • link to malware, phishing, scams or anything that tries to collect someone's login;
  • advertise, spam, or copy text or pictures you do not have the right to post.

PlatHub may remove anything that breaks these rules or the law, reset a bio, card name or avatar, and suspend or remove accounts that keep breaking them. To report something, email contact@psnplathub.com with a link to where it appears, the PSN ID of who wrote it, and what is wrong with it.

Ratings and Reviews

Users can rate a platinum they have earned, once each, and write a review after rating it. Ratings can be given without a review. To remove a rating, delete its review first. Ratings and reviews are shown to signed-in users unless you turn on "Hide my ratings and reviews": a review is shown on that platinum's page in Platinum Ratings & Reviews with your PSN ID and your rating. A review cannot be edited once it is posted, only deleted.

What you write stays yours. By posting it, you give PlatHub permission to show it on the site for as long as it is up, free of charge. That permission ends when you delete the review or your account. While "Hide my ratings and reviews" is on, your review is shown to nobody but you.

A review should be about the game and its platinum. Tips for earning it and links to guides are welcome. Reviews follow the rules for what you write.

Ratings and votes on reviews exist to show what hunters think, so they must be honest. Rating the same platinum or voting on the same review from several accounts, or otherwise working to push a score up or down, is not allowed.

PlatHub may remove a review that breaks these rules or the law, and may remove ratings, reviews or accounts used to manipulate scores. If your review is removed, you can ask why by writing to the address below.

To report a review that is illegal or breaks these rules, email contact@psnplathub.com with a link to the platinum's page, the PSN ID of the review's author, and what is wrong with it. You will get a reply saying what was done. Reviews are the views of the users who wrote them, not of PlatHub.

“PlayStation,” “PSN,” and related logos are trademarks of Sony Interactive Entertainment. PlatHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony. All trophy data remains the property of Sony and its respective owners.

Disclaimer of Liability

PlatHub only reads public trophy data. It never signs in to your PlayStation account, never asks for your PlayStation password, and cannot modify anything on your PSN profile, so using it carries no risk to your account. Images are generated on your own device.

The information shown is fetched from publicly available PSN data and may occasionally display inaccuracies due to network errors or incomplete syncing. While every effort is made to ensure reliability, the creator of PlatHub cannot guarantee continuous availability or the absolute accuracy of displayed data.

By using PlatHub, you acknowledge that it is a community-driven fan tool provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You use the site at your own discretion and responsibility.

Changes to Terms

PlatHub may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
